Position Title: Manager - Residential Substance Abuse Services
Location: Gainesville, FL
Salary: $78,183 - $83,538 - annually | Exempt

What You'll Do

As the Manager of Residential Substance Abuse Services, you will:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to professional and paraprofessional staff, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to support staff and assist with decision-making.
  • Demonstrate expertise in relapse prevention and co-occurring disorders.
  • Oversee program performance and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements (65D-30, CARF, Federal Block Grant).
  • Collaborate with the Department Management Team on planning, implementation, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external agencies, advocating for clients and coordinating services.
  • Ensure staff meet training standards and participate in the Center's QI processes.
  • Manage client admissions, discharges, and waitlist coordination.
  • Provide training, resolve programmatic issues, and support interns and students.
  • Meet revenue and productivity standards and improve clinical documentation quality.
  • Align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and enhance recovery and parenting curriculum tailored to the population served.
Who We're Looking For
  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active Florida Licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required.
