  • Produce compelling employee stories and internal content in collaboration with creative and production partners.
  • Define event success metrics, gather employee feedback, and use insights to continuously improve future experiences.
  • Explore emerging event formats, virtual platforms, hybrid experiences, and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and engagement.
  • Support internal communications efforts by extending event storytelling and increasing awareness across employee channels.
  • Drive operational excellence through strong project management, clear documentation, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in corporate events, employee engagement, or internal communications, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-visibility initiatives independently.

  • Proven experience planning and producing large-scale internal events for audiences of 500+ attendees, preferably within a remote-first or distributed organization.
  • Background in corporate events, employee experience, internal communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and confidently presenting event strategies and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage event budgets, production vendors, agencies, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms such as Zoom Events or similar technologies.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve event planning, personalization, content creation, and operational workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and locations.
  • Self-directed and proactive approach suited to a highly autonomous, asynchronous work environment.
  • Ability to understand and support remote employee experiences with empathy, inclusivity, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adopt internal collaboration tools and workflows as part of daily operations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $139,000 - $235,000 USD annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility to work from approved locations.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
