Position Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support core accounting functions with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash applications, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing.
● Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
Apply cash receipts and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with account reconciliations and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of accounting experience with AP/AR and cash applications
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
● Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
