Homemaker Job Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Homemaker to provide essential in-home support to clients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living tasks, maintain a clean and safe environment, and help improve the overall quality of life for the client.

Responsibilities

- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, and organizing
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, and folding clothes
- Change bed linens and maintain a tidy living space
- Plan and prepare meals according to client needs and preferences
- Assist with grocery shopping and running basic household errands
- Provide companionship and engage in friendly conversation
- Monitor the client’s general well-being and report any concerns
- Follow care instructions provided by the family or agency

Qualifications

- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to client needs
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Prior homemaker or caregiving experience is a plus
