You will evaluate contents lists, research replacement costs for damaged or lost items, and ensure data accuracy across insurance-related files. You will work closely with policyholders and internal teams to gather missing details and complete evaluations efficiently. - Review and complete standard contents evaluations for insurance-related files across the United States and Canada.
- Research lost or damaged items using internal systems and external sources to determine like-kind-and-quality replacements.
- Collect missing information by communicating with policyholders to ensure complete and accurate evaluations.
- Perform detailed data entry tasks to support pricing accuracy and file completion.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in line with established performance metrics.
- Collaborate with supervisors and senior team members to ensure proper handling and resolution of assigned files.
- Support additional operational tasks as needed across departments in a professional and timely manner.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct effective internet research using common tools and resources.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalation.
