Maintenance Associate in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania at The Weston Group

Renaissance Home Pinebrook in Orwigsburg, PA is is currently seeking a dedicated Part-time team member for our Building and Grounds Maintenance position.

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing the day-to-day operations to assure the commitment to creating a safe, clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

Duties include but are not limited to, basic electrical work, plumbing, handyman skills, general repairs, preventative maintenance & grounds keeping.

Job Requirements:

• Background in building maintenance or similar field
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family, friends, and all team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
