Position Summary
Our Facilities Maintenance Technician (Mechanical Trades person) provide support to HVAC&R mechanics, electricians, and plumbers, with installations and repairs, and to perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.

- Shift: Shift (Flexible hours)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Graduate of an accredited trade school or 3 year’s experience in the mechanical trades required.
- Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- HS Diploma or GED preferred OR relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification.
- Familiarity with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents helpful.
Responsibilities:
- Work with single phase and three-phase circuits
- Troubleshoot and maintain plumbing fixtures
- Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems
- Assure safe environment by being safety-conscientious, having knowledge of safety standards and using good safety practices
- Install and repair small appliances
Competitive pay: $18.72–$19.20 per hour, based on education and experience.
