Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our growing Event Marketing and Fundraising team. This entry-level role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, supporting fundraising campaigns, and ensuring exceptional donor and customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about community engagement and nonprofit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, donors, and event participants.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Represent clients and nonprofit partners at fundraising events, community outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide information about campaign objectives, fundraising initiatives, and event details to attendees.
  • Track donor and client interactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to support campaign goals and client objectives.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support donor acquisition, customer engagement, and community outreach efforts.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to develop leadership, communication, and fundraising skills.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or event experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic setting.
