We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department within our Skilled Nursing Facility. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee therapy services, mentor clinical staff, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll DoAs our Director of Rehabilitation, you will:
- Lead and oversee all rehabilitation services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized rehabilitation programs that support residents in achieving their highest level of function and independence.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, Medicare, Medicaid, and facility regulations.
- Manage department operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support a high-performing interdisciplinary therapy team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, social services, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate quality resident care.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and therapy effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support reimbursement processes in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and compassionate care.
- Current licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of 3 years of rehabilitation management experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Post-Acute Care setting.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, PDPM, regulatory compliance, and rehabilitation best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive performance outcomes.
- 5+ years of progressive rehabilitation leadership experience.
- Proven success managing interdisciplinary therapy teams.
- Experience with electronic medical records and rehabilitation software systems.
