Registered Nurse (Sikeston/Dexter) in Sikeston, Missouri at Family Matters Home Services LLC

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and implement patient care
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Participate in health coaching and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
