Job Description

Position Summary:

The Business & Project Management Analyst III serves as a senior-level business analysis and project management professional responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that support organizational strategy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technology modernization efforts. This role functions as a subject matter expert in business process analysis, requirements management, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management. The Analyst III independently leads large, cross-functional initiatives, facilitates executive-level decision-making, mentors junior analysts, and provides strategic guidance to business and technology teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as senior business analysis and project management expert.
  • Mentors junior analysts.
  • Influences executive decision-making.
  • Leads governance, portfolio, compliance, and transformation initiatives.
  • Establishes methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Lead enterprise-level business analysis activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops to identify strategic business needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze business operations, policies, procedures, workflows, and technology solutions to identify process improvements.
  • Conduct impact assessments for operational, regulatory, and technology-related changes.
  • Validate business objectives, success criteria, benefits realization, and expected outcomes.
  • Establish requirements governance standards and ensure adherence throughout project lifecycles.
  • Understanding how the CCMS solutions are developed from the requirements and functional specifications and the ability to assess that the proposed solutions are valid prior to the development of such solutions.
  • Understanding the business process workflows and how they interact within the CCMS to ensure they are providing the proper solutions. Power user knowledge of the CCMS software to assist end users in understanding how the system operates and ability to assist IT by identifying and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide guidance and support the end users in their efforts to become more proficient in the use of the applications.
  • Generate Ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Maintains applicable documentation with regard to change management.
  • Adherence to ConServe’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Skills/ Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis or relevant experience.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • SQL skills preferred
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, compliance, audit, and risk management practices.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Proven success driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident alien with three or more years as a permanent resident in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or our Clients.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit or remain sedentary for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
  • Ability to talk and listen on a phone for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
  • Ability to type on a computer for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
  • Ability to focus on the task at hand, and deliver timely and accurate analyses as stated above
