Key Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC installation crews on multiple job sitesEnsure jobs are completed on schedule and within scopeReview plans, delegate tasks, and verify installations meet quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, builders, and inspectorsPerform quality control checks and resolve on-site issuesMonitor and enforce jobsite safety practicesTrain and mentor apprentices and installersTrack materials and ensure proper use of tools and equipmentProvide daily job progress updates and documentationQualifications

Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience in residential new constructionExperience supervising or leading crews preferredValid EPA certification; Gas Mech 1 licenseAbility to read and interpret HVAC plans and builder blueprintsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsHigh standards for quality and safetyValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAdditional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
