HVAC Lead Installer - Retro Fit in Spokane, Washington at R & R HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INC

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Retrofit Lead Installer to join our installation team. This position is designed for experienced leaders who are eager to install HVAC systems into existing structures with precision, ensure system compatibility, and maintain strict code compliance. You’ll work closely with project managers to overcome challenges, educate clients on system operations, and uphold safety standards while training and mentoring installers on every job site.

Install HVAC systems into existing structures with precision and efficiencyEnsure system compatibility, code compliance, and customer satisfactionEducate clients on system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practicesCollaborate with project managers to overcome challenges and meet deadlinesStay current with HVAC retrofit technologies and techniquesUphold safety standards and lead by example on every jobsiteTrain and mentor junior team membersMaintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicleQualifications

3 years of HVAC experienceExperience in HVAC installation with retrofit focus preferredUnderstanding of system compatibility and install standardsEPA certification and Gas Mech 1 license requiredWilling to obtain WA Electrical Trainee Card and ID HVAC Trainee Card, working towards Journeyman LicenseAbility to troubleshoot and commission HVAC systemsExcellent communication skills to interact with clients and teammatesHigh attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughComfortable working evenings or weekends as neededAdditional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Nate CertificationGas Piping, electrical, or low-voltage experienceWashington 02 Electrical LicenseUnderstanding of jobsite safety regulations and requirementsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsFamiliarity with Service TitanUnderstanding of duct designWhat We Offer
