Light Equipment Operator – St. Bernard, OH

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Light Equipment Operator to join our team in St. Bernard, OH. This position is responsible for operating light equipment to safely and efficiently move, load, sort, and process materials in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

• Safely operate forklifts, Bobcats, skid steers, and other light equipment.

• Load, unload, move, sort, and process materials efficiently.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Follow established safety procedures and environmental regulations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.

• Perform general labor and additional operational duties as assigned.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum of one year of experience operating forklifts, Bobcats, skid steers, or similar equipment preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, bending, lifting, and kneeling.

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn new equipment and operational procedures.

• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including drug testing.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: St. Bernard, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift; Weekends as Needed
