Job Description

Partner Integration and Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Centennial, CO (In-Office)

Company: Yield Solutions Group Reports to: Director of Product

---

The Opportunity

As a Partner Integration and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the critical bridge between Yield Solutions Group and our network of lending partners — owning the relationship from initial implementation through production and ongoing maintenance. At the same time, you will support and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive borrower engagement and partner growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical coordination, relationship management, and digital marketing — someone who can speak confidently with a lender’s technical team in the morning and craft a targeted email campaign in the afternoon.

---

What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

Lender Integration & Partner Onboarding

· Serve as the primary point of contact for lender partners throughout the full integration lifecycle — from initial scoping and system configuration through go-live and post-production support.

· Coordinate technical onboarding activities including API configuration, data mapping, and system testing in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

· Develop and maintain integration documentation, partner runbooks, and configuration guides to ensure accurate and efficient onboarding.

· Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications to keep integrations on track and partners informed.

· Act as an internal advocate for lender partners, translating their requirements and feedback into actionable items for product and engineering teams.

Partner Relationship Management

· Own ongoing lender relationships post-launch, proactively identifying and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and ensuring a high-quality partner experience.

· Conduct regular partner check-ins and performance reviews, sharing relevant data and insights to strengthen relationships and surface improvement opportunities.

· Coordinate cross-functional responses to partner inquiries, system changes, or compliance updates, ensuring minimal disruption and clear communication.

· Maintain a thorough understanding of each partner’s configuration, business model, and goals to provide tailored support and strategic guidance.

· Use data strategically to prioritize partner needs for maximum impact, translating performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive partner growth and satisfaction.

Digital Marketing Execution

· Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, paid search, social media, and display advertising.

· Assist in developing partner co-marketing materials, borrower-facing content, and promotional assets in alignment with brand guidelines.

· Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, lead volume) and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.

· Coordinate with product and marketing leadership on go-to-market launches for new lender integrations, product features, or promotional initiatives.

· Help manage marketing automation workflows and CRM data to ensure accurate segmentation and timely outreach.

· Apply organic search and SEO best practices to borrower-facing content, improving discoverability and driving inbound lead volume across digital channels.

· Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows to scale marketing productivity, accelerate campaign insights, and improve operational efficiency across programs.

Coordination & Communication

· Facilitate cross-functional communication between lender partners, engineering, operations, compliance, and marketing teams.

· Track and manage open action items, integration tickets, and partner requests using internal project management tools.

· Prepare status updates, partner-facing communications, and internal briefings to keep all stakeholders aligned.

· Support the Director of Product with ad hoc reporting, research, and special projects as needed.

· Contribute to the development of scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, and governance standards that support consistent partner onboarding and campaign execution at scale.

---

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in a partner-facing, client success, technical account management, or digital marketing role — ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

· Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.

· Working knowledge of API integrations, system configurations, or technical onboarding processes (you don’t need to write code, but you need to understand the workflow).

· Experience executing digital marketing campaigns, with familiarity in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar).

---

Nice to Have

· Experience in auto lending, auto refinancing, consumer credit, or a related financial services vertical.

· Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS), credit decisioning platforms, or lending infrastructure.

· Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

· Understanding of B2B2C business models and experience supporting both partner and end-consumer-facing programs simultaneously.

· Exposure to data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) for campaign or integration performance reporting.

· Experience working within a regulated industry with an awareness of compliance considerations in marketing and communications.

---

Compensation & Benefits

· Base Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 Annually (commensurate with experience)

· Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to company and individual goals

· Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, career development opportunities, and the chance to join Denver’s Best Place to Work (2024 & 2025) with a dynamic culture focused on internal promotion and employee growth
