Job Description

Our law office is growing, and we need the right legal marketing assistant to help us promote our brand to the community. You’ll be responsible for developing key strategic marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that get the word out there about our legal services. Some experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not necessary for this role.

The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with proven experience generating qualified leads through paid advertising, video marketing, social media, and content creation. The successful applicants will have the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team. Compensation:

$45,000 - $53,000


Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor advertising budgets, analyze campaign performance, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI) and cost per lead.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging video content, including reels, short-form videos, client testimonials, educational content, and behind-the-scenes content for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate video production, scripting, filming, and editing to ensure content aligns with the firm's brand and marketing goals.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media, email marketing, blogs, videos, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing content that educates prospective clients on estate planning, Medicaid planning, probate, guardianship, veterans benefits, disability benefits, and related legal services.
  • Manage and optimize the firm's online presence, including Google Business Profile, website content, social media channels, and online directories.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, website traffic, conversion rates, ad performance, social media engagement, and email marketing metrics.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, legal marketing best practices, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate professional written and verbal marketing communication skills
  • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms - basic graphic design skills are also desired
  • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment
  • Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects with varied timelines on tight deadlines
  • Preference for candidates with a background in legal or with a desire to build a career in the legal industry
  • Experience generating and nurturing leads through paid advertising and organic social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO, local SEO, keyword research, and website optimization strategies.
