This remote role supports the financial and operational coordination of medical imaging read services within global clinical trials.
You will help ensure reader activities, invoices, payments, and operational records are accurate, reconciled, and audit-ready.
The position works across Finance, Accounts Payable, Project Management, Reader Operations, and external clinical readers.
You’ll analyze data from multiple systems, investigate discrepancies, and help maintain reliable financial and operational workflows.
The role also contributes to study timelines, reporting, process improvements, and the ongoing maintenance of operational documentation.

Generate, validate, and process invoices related to imaging reads, reader training, consultations, and other study services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Reconcile reader activity across internal applications, Salesforce, reporting platforms, and financial systems, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Support monthly accrual processes by preparing estimated and actual reader fee reports, financial analyses, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate reader records, credentials, financial documents, W-9 forms, disclosures, and other audit-ready files.
Coordinate with readers regarding scheduling, availability, capacity planning, invoice questions, and operational requirements.
Monitor daily workflows, assign reads, review activity and tracking reports, and help ensure study-specific timelines are maintained.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Project Management, Reader Operations, and external stakeholders to resolve operational and financial issues efficiently.
Produce reader activity reports, operational metrics, reconciliation documentation, and other analyses as required.
Ensure processes comply with internal policies, contractual payment terms, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting, and operational efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in training activities and help create and maintain SOPs, quick reference guides, and work instructions.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, financial operations, clinical trial operations, healthcare administration, or a related operational support function.
Experience in a regulated environment such as clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical imaging is preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data reconciliation, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to validate and reconcile information across multiple systems, databases, and operational reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven focus on identifying discrepancies and maintaining data accuracy.
Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, financial systems, or clinical trial management technologies is advantageous.
Experience with accrual reporting, invoice validation, financial reporting, or payment processing is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Ability to interpret and consistently apply contractual payment terms and operational procedures.
