Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner success, or client success within commerce media, retail media, performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience launching, managing, nurturing, and scaling high-value supply-side partnerships.
  • Sales-oriented and proactive approach to partner success, with demonstrated experience owning complex enterprise relationships and measurable revenue responsibilities.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify opportunities that create value for both partners and the business.
  • Experience designing A/B tests and applying results to inform creative, placement, audience, and product decisions.
