The role involves prospecting new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and offering a broad range of financial products and services.
You will also analyze credit proposals, monitor portfolio performance, and help mitigate operational and financial risks.

- Provide proactive and responsive service to individual and business clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate financial products and services through a consultative approach.
- Manage and develop an assigned portfolio by maintaining relationships, prospecting new clients, generating business opportunities, and contributing to commercial and sustainability goals.
- Analyze returned checks within the appropriate authority level, working with management when necessary to support client relationships and mitigate risks.
- Update client records and documentation in accordance with applicable policies, verifying information, maintaining accurate contact details, and ensuring proper document digitization.
- Support the onboarding of new individual and business clients by collecting required documentation and validating information for accurate account registration.
- Record client interactions and relevant information in relationship-management systems to support communication, future opportunities, and effective portfolio management.
- Handle account closure requests by understanding client concerns, exploring retention alternatives, and escalating cases appropriately when retention is not possible.
- Support business relationship managers with client service, product negotiations, financial analysis, and review of reports such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Analyze and present low- and medium-complexity credit proposals, assessing repayment capacity, transaction risk, and guarantees to support sustainable lending decisions.
- Monitor overdue accounts, conduct collection activities, assess delinquency and provision-related cases, and contribute to effective management of the delinquent portfolio.
- Maintain contracts, records, operational documents, materials, and other administrative items in an organized and compliant manner.
- Monitor business performance dashboards and unit results, helping the team implement commercial strategies and achieve established objectives.
- Participate in social and educational initiatives that strengthen relationships with clients and the wider community.
- Higher education completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales and customer-facing service.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach, with the ability to identify needs and develop business opportunities.
- Organization and attention to detail when handling documentation, client records, financial information, and operational processes.
- Analytical ability to evaluate credit proposals, financial information, repayment capacity, risks, and guarantees.
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers and colleagues while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and targets.
- Experience in a financial institution is considered an advantage.
- An active ANBIMA certification is considered a plus.
