This is an opportunity to lead the growth and development of a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients.
You will act as a strategic financial partner, combining commercial expertise with a consultative approach to understand complex business needs.
The role involves prospecting new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and structuring tailored financial solutions.
You will engage directly with business owners, CFOs, financial directors, and other senior decision-makers.
Success will be measured through portfolio profitability, credit quality, cross-selling, and sustainable revenue growth.
Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with internal teams while covering clients across Pernambuco, Ceará, Paraíba, and neighboring states.
The position offers significant autonomy, regional exposure, and the opportunity to influence the growth of businesses across the Northeast.
- Manage, strengthen, and expand a portfolio of middle-market corporate clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Prospect and originate new business within the corporate segment while adhering to commercial strategies, credit policies, and risk guidelines.
- Understand clients' businesses, financial needs, and strategic objectives to structure and negotiate customized banking and financial solutions.
- Conduct commercial meetings and client visits, present relevant products and solutions, and manage opportunities through to transaction completion.
- Monitor portfolio performance, focusing on profitability, credit quality, cross-selling, revenue expansion, and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with internal credit, risk, compliance, and operational teams to structure and execute transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze market trends and the economic environment to anticipate commercial opportunities, identify potential risks, and support informed client decisions.
- Maintain an active regional network and develop relationships with key decision-makers across the Middle Market ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in corporate banking sales, particularly serving medium-sized companies in a Middle Market environment.
- Proven track record in prospecting, managing, and expanding corporate client portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of banking products for businesses, including credit, working capital, receivables, guarantees, foreign exchange, investments, and cash management.
- Experience with companies' financial analysis and the structuring of credit operations.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with business owners, CFOs, financial directors, and other senior decision-makers.
- Knowledge of credit policies, risk management, compliance, and regulations applicable to Brazil's financial system.
- Experience participating in credit committees.
- Understanding of the economic sectors and business landscape prevalent in Brazil's Northeast region.
- Established client relationships and a strong professional network in the region.
- CPA and C-Pro R certifications.
- Availability to travel throughout the region, including Pernambuco, Ceará, Paraíba, and neighboring states.
- Strong commercial drive, resilience, organization, proactivity, and ability to balance client needs with profitability and risk considerations.
