GenCare Lifestyle @ Eagle Ridge in Renton is a Premier Senior Independent/Assisted Living community. We are seeking to add an energetic, and enthusiastic Executive Director to our thriving community. MUST be a Certified State of Washington Boarding Home Administrator.

The Executive Director will advocate for GenCare initiatives, innovations and policies within their community and assume responsibility for mentoring their staff to be advocates as well.
Position Overview:
The Executive Director position leads and directs the overall operation of the community in accordance with resident's needs, government regulations, and the company's policies and procedures. This position also maintains excellent service quality, high occupancy, and meets corporate financial goals within established budgetary guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a sincere passion for working with seniors to provide a safe and healthy home style living environment.
- Will have Experience as an Executive Director or Assisted Living Administrator successfully operating Assisted Living Communities.
- Will be a strong leader that encourages employee accountability.
- Understands GenCare’s Core Values and applies them in day to day work life.
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Gerontology, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Director.
- Valid administrator license in WA required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- The ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks is essential.
- Ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles, and interests.
- Demonstrate good judgment, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Full time Benefits include: Base Medical plan is 99% employer paid, Dental, Vision and Life at the employees expense, Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours) and 6 paid holidays per year plus a paid day off for your birthday, one week vacation after one year employment, with an additional week beginning in year 2 finally with an additional week starting in the 47th month for a total of 3 weeks, quarterly raises for hourly employees, 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment, up to 3 days of bereavement and up to 5 days jury leave, First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program, free CEU’s, LPN and CNA annual license reimbursement, Free meal at work.
