The Position:
This position is awaiting contract award.
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst designated as Key Personnel to drive strategic program analysis, material demand forecasting, and operational planning for the H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River.
In this critical role, you will lead the management and oversight of supply chain integration and product sustainment.
You will apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate program objectives, monitor industrial supply base capabilities against fleet demands, and ensure all logistics workflows strictly adhere to government contracting compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead long-range supply chain planning efforts, monitoring program requirements against active supply base capabilities to forecast material demands and prevent pipeline bottlenecks.
- Navigate and apply a thorough understanding of government contracting requirements, enforcing compliance across procurement pathways and technical data lifecycles.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate high-level heavy-lift program objectives, analyzing requirements, execution statuses, budgets, and master schedules to mitigate operational risk.
- Lead complex management, technical, or business case analyses to support structural supply chain decisions, trade-off studies, and long-range product sustainment strategies.
- Direct the collection, integration, organization, and translation of vast datasets spanning aircraft, weapon systems, and sub-tier supplier production tracking.
- Enforce and optimize government-instituted processes for configuration change control management, official milestone documentation routing, and secure technical data management lifecycle procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance to access the airfield and military installation.
- Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree from an accredited institution.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, supply chain management, or project tracking performing the functional duties described above.
- Elite analytical and predictive modeling capabilities, high proficiency with data management and logistics software, and the professional communication skills necessary to bridge program office technical teams and industrial aerospace suppliers.
Desired Domain & Technical Expertise:
- 3+ years of direct experience in supply chain planning within the aerospace/defense industry.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring requirements against supply base capabilities and executing precise material demand forecasting.
- Strong familiarity with government contracting requirements and compliance regulations (such as FAR/DFARS).
