What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously from initiation through final delivery.

• Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for clients, contractors, installers, and internal departments.

• Maintain meticulous project documentation and proactively resolve challenges with resourcefulness and tact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma/GED required; prior office experience preferred (a background in construction is a major plus!).

• Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude for quickly learning new software.

• Communication & Service: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to create positive experiences.

• Organization & Drive: Exceptional attention to detail, top-tier time management, and a proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as a proactive self-starter.
