West Sayville - RN or LPN needed for young adult Home Nursing Shifts in West Sayville, New York at Christian Nursing Registry Inc.

Patient is a wonderful 21-year-old young man with Dystonia 28, autism, and significant physical support needs.

He is wheelchair-bound, non-verbal, and uses a communication tablet to express his wants, needs, and preferences. He requires total care and assistance with all activities of daily living. He receives nutrition through a G-tube (feeding tube), and a Hoyer lift is used in the home for safe transfers.

His family is very supportive and involved in his care, creating a welcoming environment.

Shifts Avail:
• 7 days a week - 3pm - 11pm

Requirements:
Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
