Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst, Pricing Operations based in United States.

This role supports pricing operations that directly influence customer experience and financial performance.
You will help operationalize customer, manufacturer, and group purchasing contracts with accuracy and sound judgment.
The position focuses on customer onboarding, pricing implementation, GPO transitions, and customer disengagement processes.
You will work across internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to coordinate complex pricing activities and resolve issues.
The role combines analytical problem-solving, contract administration, customer service, and relationship management.
Your ability to interpret data and break complex situations into actionable solutions will help ensure accurate and efficient outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align customer pricing throughout onboarding, GPO transfers, and customer disengagement activities.
  • Manage case plans, resources, timelines, and customer commitments to ensure pricing initiatives are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify data requirements and gather relevant information needed to analyze complex pricing, contract, eligibility, and customer issues.
  • Break complex situations into manageable components, apply logical analysis, and develop practical conclusions and solutions.
  • Research and help resolve contract and eligibility issues that arise during customer onboarding and pricing implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners throughout the pricing and contract administration process.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and consistently meeting or exceeding service expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while maintaining accurate, high-quality transactions and services.
  • Manage available resources effectively to support cost-conscious and efficient delivery of pricing operations.
  • Communicate relevant findings, updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work through moderately complex issues.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer-facing experience is preferred, with the ability to understand customer expectations and deliver responsive, professional service.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and commitments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers.
  • Demonstrated judgment and ability to identify potential solutions to technical or operational problems within defined parameters.
  • Ability to apply working knowledge of relevant concepts, principles, and technical capabilities across varied tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity while receiving general guidance and maintaining accuracy in deliverables.
  • Strong focus on sound reasoning, accuracy, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
