Trans Global Service (TGS) is the service organization of LFL Group, Canada's largest retailer of furniture, appliances, and electronics. LFL Group employs over 10,000 people across Canada and operates iconic brands like The Brick and Leon's. TGS provides appliance and furniture repair, installation, and assembly services for LFL Group customers, manufacturers and extended warranty providers. We are a team of 275 employees with an extended network of more than 300 contractor partners.
TGS runs on software called LimeTAC, a custom-built Azure web application spanning every function of the business: work order management, booking and scheduling, technician booking boards and geofence management, dispatch, parts ordering and inventory, CRM, accounts payable and accounts receivable. LimeTAC supports a community of 500+ users across technicians, contractors, TGS support staff, stores, and customers. We’ve completed more than 122,000 repair and install jobs for our customers so far in 2026.
Position OverviewTGS is seeking an experienced and highly organized System Support Operations Manager to own LimeTAC administration, configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement by championing IT enhancements and bug fixes. The manager is also responsible to identify and deliver opportunities to reduce manual work across TGS using process automation and AI solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with TGS Operations, IT, Accounting, and other internal business units to resolve system issues, coordinate enhancements, improve processes, and provide reliable operational reporting. The manager currently supports a team of 2 system specialists.
Compensation$60,000 – $95,000 annually, based in Edmonton, AB, commensurate with experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Support & AdministrationThe ideal candidate combines strong technical problem-solving, Power BI/reporting, and business analysis skills with the ability to work comfortably between business users and IT. You'll act as an important link between TGS Operations and IT, supported by a team of 2 system specialists, helping identify business needs, resolve system challenges, and find opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and AI.
