POSITION SUMMARY

GenPro Energy Solutions is seeking a Financial Controller to serve as the financial backbone of the organization — ensuring accuracy, discipline, and actionable insight across all aspects of accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining accounting principles, financial policies, controls, and reporting systems that maximize return on financial assets and support the company’s continued growth.

The Financial Controller partners closely with the CEO and operational leadership to deliver near-real-time financial intelligence at the cost code, project, classification and company level. This role has direct oversight of all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition — ensuring tight month-end close timelines, clean financial reporting, and strong internal controls across a multi-state EPC operating environment.

This position plays a critical role in scaling GenPro’s financial infrastructure, driving process automation, and ensuring that financial systems, reporting capabilities, and compliance frameworks can support rapid organizational growth.
