Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Manager (RN) to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center. in Bolivar,Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: The CMH Outpatient Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art facility where all outpatient and procedural surgeries are performed in one location. The department features six operating rooms, three endoscopy rooms, two procedure rooms, and dedicated recovery and support areas, providing a modern, efficient environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

As an ASC Manager (RN), you will be:

• Assuring that the nursing care provided is of the highest quality
• Monitoring and supporting customer service initiatives that drive patient satisfaction.
• Coordinating Performance Improvement activities.
• Managing personnel and expenses within budgetary guidelines.
• Reviewing, developing, and upholding policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Experience: Manager experience, ASC experience preferred

Skills: Strong clinical leadership and nursing management skills in a surgical or procedural setting

Licensure/Certification: RN

Physical Requirements: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
