We're searching for a Chicago-based Senior Product Manager, RLD Intelligence to join our Product Management team, so that we can transform our unified data platform into intelligence, benchmarking, and AI-enabled interventions that improve safety, compliance, and provider management across the RLD360 portfolio. The Senior Product Manager, RLD Intelligence will own the end-user proposition, experience, and market positioning for RLD Intelligence, translating platform capabilities into differentiated products, actionable insights, and new commercial opportunities that deliver measurable customer outcomes.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Defining the RLD Intelligence end-user proposition and experience across the RLD360 platform portfolio
  • Translating data platform capabilities into market-facing intelligence products and AI-enabled interventions
  • Designing persona-based experiences for operational leaders, executives, and frontline users
  • Defining conversational AI and AI sidekick experiences embedded within RLD Intelligence
  • Partnering with product, technical, and business leadership to maximize business value
  • Establishing RLD Intelligence positioning, packaging, and value proposition across NAM markets
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities, products, and commercial offerings derived from RLDatix data

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Senior Product Management experience within analytics, data, or AI-driven products
  • Proven success defining end-user data products or intelligence platforms
  • Strong product thinking around user experience and persona-based design
  • Ability to translate platform capabilities into customer-facing products
  • Experience working across multiple product domains
  • Desirable experience in healthcare technology or workforce solutions, AI or conversational products, benchmarking or analytics products, Databricks or modern data platform environments, and enterprise SaaS product strategy
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, market-facing environment
