  • Keep a daily record of project progress and home improvements for the project manager and the homeowner

What You’ll Do

  • Be on site daily to oversee active work and coordinate crews and subcontractors.

  • Review civil plans, construction details, elevations, and project requirements.

  • Schedule crews, subcontractors, equipment, and deliveries.

  • Order and pick up materials and coordinate delivery timing with the project schedule.

  • Keep accurate daily logs, including work completed, labor, equipment, delays, and site conditions.

  • Take and organize job photos to document progress and field conditions.

  • Communicate schedule updates, issues, and needed decisions promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as a general contractor needed, with additional management experience being preferred

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supervising site work or construction projects.

  • Ability to read and understand civil plans, elevations, and construction details.

  • Practical understanding of grading, excavation, drainage, and material quantities.

  • Confidence performing field measurements and quantity takeoffs.

  • Strong organization and communication skills.

  • A dependable, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in the field.

  • Familiarity with daily reporting and job photo documentation.
