Guest Services Representative in Hannibal, Missouri at Hannibal Regional Hospital

To provide an exceptional first impression by greeting and assisting each patient, visitor, and team member that enters our organization to assure total satisfaction of the patient and visitor experience.

- High School degree or GED required

- Proficiency in Word required

- One year previous hospitality and customer service experience required

- Exceptional customer service skills required

- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills

- Clerical skills required including ability to use copier, fax and scanner

- Ability to organize work, handle multiple projects/priorities and be creative in problem solving

- Knowledge of proper English, Spelling & Grammar

- Ability to use independent judgment in initial patient and public contact

- Exhibits cooperative and collaborative skills with all contacts

- Possesses willingness and passion for serving others

- Ability to perform well and display grace under pressure

- Prior experience working with volunteers preferred

- BLS Certification required
