Join a mission-critical security operations team supporting U.S. Air Force Central Command and installation security activities at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will help manage installation access by issuing identification badges, maintaining access records, and overseeing visitor credentialing procedures. You will play an essential part in ensuring that contractors, visitors, and authorized personnel comply with applicable security regulations and entry requirements. Working closely with military personnel, base agencies, sponsors, and host-nation authorities, you will help maintain secure and efficient access control operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly. This opportunity is suited to security support professionals who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and understand the importance of operational security. The role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to important national security and defense missions.

Accountabilities
  • Issue, manage, account for, and track restricted-area badges, overseas country national badges, and Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) cards.

  • Enforce installation access laws, regulations, and security procedures to ensure that only authorized individuals enter or leave the facility.

  • Review and apply suspension, revocation, and debarment rosters to verify access eligibility and prevent unauthorized entry.

  • Monitor and respond to information concerning potential security developments or conditions, implementing appropriate countermeasures when required.

  • Coordinate with base agencies, sponsors, contractors, and visitors to verify documentation and facilitate installation access.

  • Perform daily operations at the Installation Visitor Control Center, including visitor registration, credential verification, and DBIDS processing.

  • Liaise with host-nation customs enforcement agencies and coordinate visits by host-nation representatives.

  • Review authenticated host-nation entry authorization lists and process access requests for large, prearranged events and official functions.

  • Maintain accurate records, follow established security protocols, and provide professional customer service to individuals requesting installation access.

Requirements
  • An active Secret security clearance is mandatory for this position.

  • A valid U.S. passport is required.

  • At least one year of experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) Visitor Control Center.

  • Experience coordinating with host-nation authorities and providing daily customer service to contractors and visitors seeking installation access.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to maintain accurate access records and administrative documentation.

  • A current state-issued driver's license and a valid government driver's license, as required for the role.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to follow security procedures and handle sensitive information appropriately.

  • The ability to work effectively with military personnel, government representatives, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders in a security-focused environment.

  • Preferred qualifications: A bachelor's degree and proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Arabic.

  • Willingness and ability to complete the required Fit for Duty examination after accepting an offer and before proceeding with onboarding.

  • Eligibility to work in support of U.S. government defense operations.

Benefits
  • Salary range: $63,600–$111,300 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and applicable compensation factors.

  • Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Retirement savings: 401(k) plan.

  • Paid time off: Paid leave and company holidays.

  • Insurance protection: Life insurance and additional employee well-being benefits.

  • Flexible work arrangements: Flexible work schedules, subject to operational and assignment requirements.

  • Career development: Opportunities for professional growth and experience supporting government defense and security missions.

  • Meaningful impact: The opportunity to contribute to installation security, access control, and the protection of critical national security assets.
