What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Assist with HVAC installations and equipment replacements.
• Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers.
• Deliver quality workmanship while following safety standards.
• Document service calls using mobile dispatch software.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of HVAC service, repair, or installation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and at heights.
