About the Role:

The Greet Team Lead position is a crucial part of our business; it bridges the gap between our hourly employees to our leadership team and is expected to demonstrate the highest level of performance and excellence in the Greet Department. The Greet Team Lead will partner with all leadership managers, at their respective facility, to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and builds member retention. Additionally, the Greet Team Lead will lead by example in driving production, instilling a positive culture and ensuring that our facilities are properly maintained every day.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Daily Calls: 45
• Daily Booked: 5
• Daily Shows: 4
• Daily Closed: 1 to 2
• Referrals: 2:1 Ratio
• 3-pack Attachment: 20%
• Monthly Sales: 45

Responsibilities:

• Greet all members and guests in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner
• Verify membership status and respond accordingly to questions, concerns, etc.
• Work with Greet Team Manager to achieve club sales goals
• Answer and/or direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Conduct periodic club walks to ensure a clean and safe facility
• Accurately process money transactions
• Place calls to prospective members regarding new promotions
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace
• Communicate all club concerns and member inquiries to management daily
• Provide tours for prospective members
