Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mortgage Loan Closer to join our growing team.

Essential Functions: 

• Prepare and review loan closing packages and paperwork
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all required documents
• Manage and resolve any concerns, problems, and documentation issues
• Act as an intermediary between all parties involved in mortgage loan transactions
• Ensure closing details comply with state and federal regulations
• Coordinating mortgage closing proceedings
• Maintaining accurate closing schedules

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Maintain relationships and provide superior customer service.
• 2 plus year’s preferred
• Encompass knowledge is helpful
• Knowledge of the Manufactured Home Industry is a plus
• Must be able to Multi-task
• Must have strong work ethic
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry regulations
