MKB Company is hiring Assistant Plant Managers to join our Macon, Georgia, and Belleville, Pennsylvania, facilities, gain hands-on leadership experience, and prepare for future opportunities across our growing network.

We’re looking for candidates with a few years of manufacturing experience who enjoy leading people, solving problems, and improving operations. You’ll work alongside experienced plant leaders, take on meaningful responsibilities, and build the skills needed to lead a facility.

Geographic flexibility is a key requirement. Candidates must be able to work at one of these initial locations and be willing and able to relocate to another MKB facility as future leadership opportunities arise.

• Support daily plant operations, including safety, production, quality, staffing, and on-time delivery.

• Lead, coach, and develop employees while building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect.

• Help plan production, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen processes.

• Learn plant performance measures, cost controls, inventory management, and production planning.

• Partner with maintenance, supply chain, HR, and other teams to support facility goals.

• Take on increasing leadership responsibility as your experience and capabilities grow.

• At least three years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or in a similar role with responsibility for people or production.

• A hands-on approach and willingness to spend time on the production floor.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• A commitment to safe operations, quality, and continuous improvement.

• The ambition to grow into broader plant leadership responsibilities.

• Willingness and ability to relocate within MKB’s facility network.

• A degree in operations, engineering, business, or a related field is a plus; relevant practical experience is valued.
