Coordinator, Home Care Quality and Education in West Plains, Missouri at Ozarks Healthcare

Oversee all Quality and Assessment/Performance Improvement functions for skilled home health, hospice and support services by directing and coordinating performance improvement, quality/utilization management, staff development, clinical informatics and specialty program development activities consistent with established goals, objectives, policies and strategic plans. Oversee and focus on these areas within the agency due to scope of responsibilities, which include education, compliance oversight, as well as, focus on performance measures as required by the federal government and value based purchasing.
