Amy Blackwell – State Farm Agency is seeking a full-time Insurance Agent Trainee to join our team in Murrieta, CA. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to establish a long-term career in insurance and develop the knowledge, licensing, and sales skills needed to succeed in the industry.

We welcome candidates who are already working in insurance, as well as individuals who are newer to the field and actively pursuing their Property & Casualty license. The ideal candidate is professional, coachable, motivated to learn, and serious about building a future in insurance—not simply looking for a short-term sales position.

Insurance experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a genuine interest in the industry and a commitment to developing their career.
