We are seeking a Program Performance Manager(s) who are accountable for the operational and financial performance of assigned programs within Business Units. This role ensures programs meet expected outcomes in revenue, margin, customer delivery, and execution consistency. The PPM operates as a performance owner, leveraging KPI visibility, Program Reviews, and cross-functional alignment to drive results and corrective action. This position supports the transformation of the PMO into a business performance engine.


Responsibilities

  • Own program performance including revenue, margin, utilization, and quality.
  • Maintain KPI visibility and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Lead Program Reviews and track corrective actions to completion.
  • Align cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance and ensure improvements are implemented.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer expectations and delivery alignment.
  • Individuals in this role receive privileged access and are assigned specialized training at least once a year.
  • Take any reasonable action necessary to carry out your responsibilities, ensuring such actions do not deviate from established company values, policies, plans, and are consistent with sound business judgment.
  • Exemplify the CCI leadership behaviors, maintain a leadership agenda with goals and act on them.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in program management, operations, or performance analysis.
  • Strong financial and KPI understanding.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Telecommunications or engineering services experience preferred.
  • PMO or Program Management experience preferred.
  • Experience with D365, Power BI, or similar systems preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both written and verbally, prepare reports and plans.  
  • Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated. 
  • The ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company's mission, and exemplifies CCI leadership behaviors. 
  • Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required.
