The Workday Contractor will optimize Recruiting and Learning processes by improving workflows, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling better talent experiences. This role requires strong Workday expertise, consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Assess, analyze, and optimize Workday Recruiting and Learning processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Improve recruiter and HR team productivity by reducing manual processes and administrative complexity.
- Streamline recruiting operations, including requisition approvals, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Enhance learning administration processes, including course catalogs, enrollment workflows, certifications, and curriculum management.
- Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics to measure recruiting and learning performance.
- Track key workforce metrics such as time-to-fill, recruiter capacity, offer acceptance rates, learning completion, and employee development participation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption to improve recruiting, onboarding, and learning outcomes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, Learning & Development, and business leaders to implement best practices.
- Improve integrations between Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and broader talent management processes.
- Create recommendations and roadmaps for long-term Workday optimization and process excellence.
- Drive user adoption and improve the overall experience for recruiters, hiring managers, employees, and candidates.
The ideal candidate will have strong Workday Recruiting and Learning expertise combined with experience improving talent operations, implementing process enhancements, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday Recruiting and/or Workday Learning modules.
- Proven experience optimizing recruiting processes, workflows, and HR business processes.
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations, learning administration, reporting, and talent management practices.
- Experience building and managing Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
- Ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement scalable improvements.
- Experience supporting global recruiting organizations or fast-growing environments preferred.
- Knowledge of talent development, compliance training, onboarding, and employee growth programs is a plus.
- Workday Pro Recruiting or Learning certification preferred.
- Experience with recruiting technologies such as GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and modern Talent Acquisition practices preferred.
- Technology or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for improving employee and recruiter experiences.
