The Accounting Analyst will contribute to accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, treasury activities, and process improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with finance teams to maintain strong accounting controls and ensure reliable financial data.
The position provides hands-on exposure to key accounting processes while encouraging innovation and operational efficiency.

The Accounting Analyst will support daily accounting activities and financial operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across core processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing daily and month-end journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
- Processing accounts payable activities and ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Supporting treasury operations, including cash reconciliations and the initiation or review of wire and ACH transactions.
- Managing, reconciling, and maintaining accurate records for trust account balances.
- Assisting with financial reporting activities and maintaining reliable accounting documentation.
- Supporting year-end audit preparation by organizing required documentation and financial records.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve accounting processes.
- Using Excel and financial systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Supporting system enhancements, special projects, and ad hoc financial analyses.
- Collaborating with finance stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong accounting controls.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher qualification or equivalent strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use spreadsheets for analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting systems; experience with Business Central is a plus.
- Understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability and flexibility when handling changing procedures and priorities.
- Prior experience with financial systems, accounting internships, or related practical exposure is advantageous.
