The Senior Corporate Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and support organizational growth. The role requires strong market knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple senior-level recruitment priorities.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to understand talent requirements, organizational priorities, role expectations, and workforce planning needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for senior leadership, technical, commercial, and corporate positions.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including professional networks, job boards, social platforms, talent databases, and industry communities.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current hiring needs and future organizational growth.
- Conduct candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer acceptance while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and successful onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, leverage applicant tracking systems, and analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Use insights and reporting to support data-driven talent acquisition decisions, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams and external recruitment vendors to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Encourage diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment process and help build a more diverse workforce.
- Promote internal mobility opportunities by collaborating with HR and business teams.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, market insights, and emerging talent acquisition technologies, including AI-enabled recruitment tools.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate recruitment, executive search, and talent acquisition, with a proven ability to attract high-quality candidates and manage complex hiring processes in a global environment.
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or a similar role.
- Proven success recruiting senior-level professionals across corporate, technology, commercial, and go-to-market functions.
- Experience within executive search firms, SaaS organizations, technology-focused companies, or digital-first environments is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates through networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms.
- Experience using recruitment analytics and metrics to improve hiring strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Additional European language skills, such as French or Spanish, are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with SuccessFactors ATS or similar recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
- Experience using AI tools such as GPT-based applications to improve productivity, research, and recruitment outcomes.
