Warehouse Associate – Material Handling & Pick/Packing in Hauppauge, New York at Summit Apparel Inc

We are a growing apparel manufacturing company in Hauppauge, NY seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our distribution team. If you have experience in material handling, order picking, packing, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd like to hear from you.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare shipments according to company standards.
• Label, sort, and stage products for shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Location: Hauppauge, NY

Job Type: Full-Time 8am-4.30pm

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Overtime available as needed)

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in apparel, garment, or textile distribution is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skill
