We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Residential Account Specialist to join our growing residential team in Fort Myers, Florida.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, following up on opportunities, and turning inquiries into scheduled appointments and sales. You'll play an important role in supporting our residential sales team while building strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, text, and email.

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Follow up on leads, estimates, and open sales opportunities.

• Qualify potential customers and identify their roofing or home-service needs.

• Schedule appointments for the residential sales team.

• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

• Re-engage previous customers and leads to generate new opportunities.

• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Meet established activity, appointment, conversion, and sales goals.

• Participate in performance-based incentive opportunities.

• Previous inside sales, customer service, call center, or account management experience preferred.

• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently with customers.

• Sales-minded, motivated, and comfortable working toward performance goals.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable using CRM systems and other computer applications.

• Ability to manage a high volume of customer contacts and follow-up activity.

• Roofing, construction, home improvement, or residential service experience is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

$20.00 per hour + incentive pay eligibility
