POSITION: Production Stager
LOCATION: Appleton, WI HOURS: 1st Shift – Monday-Friday; 6:30am – 3pm REPORTS TO: 1st Shift – Screen Print Office Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-ExemptPre-employment Screening: Background Check, Education Verification, Drug Test DATE: 10/06/2026 We work with businesses and organizations of all kinds to provide them with personalized promotional products. When you work here, you’ll be treated with the same level of respect and positive attitude.As a production stager, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by supplying the embroidery machines with raw product, which are turned into customers’ orders.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.Pull orders from the staging area to put by the machines to ensure all machines have enough non-screen printed product and screens to avoid delays.Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders. Work with the production team to make sure all orders and screens are updated and available.May be required to help in shipping.Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity. We’ll work with you on your journey to earning this equivalency, within your first 1 year of employment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with quality control preferred.

- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).Work will be performed at 4imprint, Appleton.
