As a direct to garment (DTG) machine operator – 1st shift, you will be making our customer’s artwork come alive by producing digitally printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a DTG printer to digitally decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.Manage computer files and project statuses as necessary in the order management software.Prioritize order completion based on the due date and execute DTG tasks including reviewing work orders and machine setup.
