RN Renal Dialysis in Bennington , Vermont at Southwestern Vermont Health Care

Provides professional nephrology nursing care to patients requiring renal replacement therapies. Assures, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing plan of care. Member of the nursing and multidisciplinary teams providing direct care to patients and families. Provides patient and family education.

Requirements:

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• 2 years experience in Medical Surgical or critical care nursing
• Current Vermont Registered Nurse license or eligible for licensure.
• Nephrology certification required upon employee's eligibility to take exam.
• BLS certification required; Must be obtained by end of orientation.
