Overview:

Join our growing team! Our Chick-fil-A is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to support and expand our outside sales division. We value individuals who are friendly, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a community-minded restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Catering Manager and assist with all outside sales-related duties.
• Prepare setups for catering orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Communicate with guests to confirm orders and provide exceptional service.
• Make recommendations based on guests' specific catering needs.
• Process orders both systematically and operationally, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Deliver and set up catering orders at various locations.
• Assist the kitchen team in preparing catering orders.
• Maintain clear communication with the Leadership Team regarding upcoming orders.
• When not handling catering duties, assist in other roles throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and front-line support.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record (documentation required).
• Reliable Transportation: Essential for delivering and setting up orders.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work nights and Saturdays as needed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication etiquette with both guests and team members.
• Accessibility: Must be responsive and available for catering-related tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in all catering tasks.
• Availability: Must be accessible outside of regular restaurant hours to strategize and fulfill last-minute orders.
