What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a senior culinary leadership role (casual dining preferred)
• Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to train, lead, and inspire a team
• Strong planning, organization, and financial management skills
• Proficiency with technology (inventory systems, menu costing tools, MS Office)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in high heat/humidity environments
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
