Tech GI III (PRN) at University Health System- San Antonio – San Antonio, Texas

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the administrative and clinical duties of the Gastro-Intestinal procedure room and assists physicians in Endoscopic procedures, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Lithotripsy, Barrett procedures and ERCP, Endoscopic Ultrasound, Spyglass and other diagnostic tests.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Three years of endoscopy experience or three years as a military GI hospital tech (orderly) is required. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card. Provider card.
